Legal Advisor (CCI)

The correspondence course "Legal Advisor (CCI)" covers all important German legal material. The correspondence course imparts sound knowledge in criminal law, civil law and public law. The civil law component deals with the German Civil Code, commercial law, corporate law and labour law. As well as civil process law and individual enforcement law, the public law component also handles constitutional law, general administrative law, administrative procedural law, construction law, police law and local law.

The target group includes all persons relying on intensive knowledge in German law in their daily occupation. Prior knowledge is not required.

The correspondence course is designed for a period of 18 months. The participant should envisage a weekly time investment of 8 hours. Entry is possible at any time.

Application is made by submitting the application form (correspondence course agreement) by post. The participant receives the course material upon conclusion of the correspondence course agreement. He works the material independently. In case of questions he can contact one of our correspondence teachers at any time. The effective review occurs by processing submitted exams and a written exam to be absolved at the ZAR under supervision. In case of successful participation, the participant receives a certificate from the Chamber of commerce and industry. If the written exam is waived, a participation certificate can be issued by the institute.

The course material is composed in the German language.The entire processing of the agreement including the support, occurs in German.
